Commuter Campout Rides Comin’ Right Up!

Super Fun Overnighter Time!

Here at Commuter Cycles we love to spread the love of adventuring by bicycle! There is no easier way than to organise a magical overnight camp ride out to the woods or beach. An overnighter is a mellow self-supported cruise to a campsite for one night. We will primarily be organising these rides on Saturday evening with a 4pm departure from our shop so some of our worker bees can attend. There will also be a group leaving earlier most Saturdays for campers who wish to leave a little earlier! These campout rides will suit riders of all levels and all camping experience as long as you pay attention to the packlist and bring what you need.

Here is a loose calendar of events complete with an info session where we will distribute a useful packlist and answer any questions about how to do a campout and what they’re typically like! Hope to see you there.

Dates and Rad Places:

  • 3rd February: Longridge Park Commuter Campout! Registration details up very soon.
  • 17th February: Shorham 40k ride to ferry, ferry to rail trail. Riders should bring cash for ferry/campground.
