Question
sam –
Hi, would these be compatible with T8000 drive train (crank, derailleurs etc) I have a surly long haul trucker, and like the bar end shifters but want to do a rebuild without changing handlebar setup… Thanks, Sam

Mik Efford –
Hi Sam, the T8000 is a 10spd drivetrain I think, so you’ll need the 10spd versions of these shifter which we have here:

Question
Matthew Radich –
Hi, wanting a shifter for 11sp XT rear deraileur. Want to setup 1 x 11. I presume i can just use the right shifter from this set? Cannot find a right shifter by itself available anywhere.

Hi Matthew. We do have these in stock – https://www.commutercycles.com.au/shop/shimano-sl-m8000-shift-lever-right-xt-11-speed/ – but otherwise the Microshift one should work fine.
