From minimum maintenance to decaying pavement, rolling hills to near vertical climbs, Rampart was made for those who wish to conquer any road. These tires were designed and inspired by our experiences riding and racing courses of varied terrain, and the uncharted routes that connect them.
The 47c Rampart offers increased traction and an ultra-smooth ride quality on rough pavement (and well beyond). The smaller 650b diameter means it fits into many existing 700c frames to give your current bike an entirely different feel and increased versatility.
Durable Sidewall: This construction consists of a robust woven nylon composite reinforcement between the outer rubber and the inner casing within the tire’s sidewalls to prevent tearing and abrasions.
Features:
TPI: 60
Tubeless Ready
Rim Diameter: 650b
Ideal Rim Width: 23

These tyres are ok. They go round. They grip nice in corners. They seat easy tubeless. They’re not very good in a city, they require such high pressure (40psi is the minimum here for a 47c tyre) that they’re wrist breakers on any form of jump. The tread looks nice but is purely decorative, these are nice on gravel due to how wide they are. Yeah, they’re ok. Me, I’d get some Addix material Schwalbe Racing Ralph at 2.25” and run them at 25psi instead of going 10mm narrower and having to run them at 40psi and make them like rocks. But they go round and round and they grip nice in corners on bitumen. Just a bit rubbish you have to put so much air in them, when your hands break off the end of your arms I guess you can say “but the box said supple!”
